Our leasing rate excludes:

V.A.T. 10% tax

Gasoline

Theft of radio and personal properties

Amount of the deductible in case of accident
Payment mode:
Payment is due at the end of each month. A 3 months refundable deposit is
required upon signature of the contract.
Termination by lessee:
If the lessee wish to terminate the contract before its expiry date as
indicated in the contract, a cancellation penalty will be charged as follow:

Vehicle returned between 12 and 23 months: 4 months penalty

Vehicle returned between 24 and 35 months: 3 months penalty.

Termination by lessor (Y & C rent a car):
The lessor shall be entitled any time to terminate the contract with immediate
effect on each and every occasion that the lessee:

Fails to pay on the due date any sums due under this contract.

breaches any of the contract terms. |

makes or cause or permits to be made any alternation, addition or modification
to the vehicle.
